FAQ

Questions coaches and directors ask.

Do we have to stop using TeamSnap, GameChanger or SportsEngine?

No. We integrate with them. Your website becomes the professional front door, and it links or embeds the apps your families already use for scores, availability and payments.

How long does it take to launch?

Most team sites go live within 5 to 7 days of receiving your logo, colors, coaches and roster. Club sites usually take 2 to 3 weeks.

Can we update the site ourselves?

Yes. The admin is built for volunteer coaches: if you can post on Instagram, you can update your schedule from your phone. On a care plan, we'll also make updates for you.

How do you handle player privacy?

Privacy controls are built in. You choose full names, first names, first name + last initial or numbers only, and you can hide photos, stats or the whole roster. We never publish birth dates, schools or addresses.

Will our site show up on Google?

That's what we build for. Every site gets its own domain, page titles written for your town, sport and age group, tryout and tournament details Google can read, a sitemap and Search Console setup. DIY platforms usually give you a shared template with limited control. No one can guarantee a #1 ranking, but local programs with a clear, fast site usually show up well for searches like “12U travel baseball near me.”

Can families pay through the site?

Yes, through the payment tools you already use. Tryout fees, dues and store orders can run through LeagueApps, SportsEngine, TeamSnap, Stripe, Square or PayPal, and your site puts a clear Pay button in the right places. Money goes straight to your organization, not through us.

Can we use our own domain?

Absolutely. Bring your domain (like rattlersbaseball.com) or we'll help you register one. Every site also gets a free yourteam.sportspage.app address.

What happens at the end of the season?

Season rollover archives last season's roster, results and photos, then sets up the next one. Your history stays on the site for recruits and families to see.

Are you a replacement for TeamSnap, SportsEngine or LeagueApps?

No. Those platforms are great at operations: registration, payments, scheduling and communication. We build the professional public website that sits on top of them and sends families to the right place.

Do you work with sports other than baseball?

Yes. The platform supports baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, volleyball, hockey, football, cheer, rugby and more. Terminology adapts automatically (roster or squad, games or matches, fields or pitches).

Can you build a site for a club with many teams?

Yes. A club site shares one brand, sponsors, fields and leadership, and every age group gets its own roster, coaches, schedule, tryouts and photos.

Who owns the content and domain?

You do. Your domain is registered to your organization, and we can export your content any time.

What do you need from us to get started?

Team name, sport, colors, logo (or we create a crest), coaches, roster, season dates, the links to the apps you already use and a few good photos.
